Pricing questions we get weekly
Because the alternative wastes everyone’s time. If a $1,450 audit is outside your budget you should find that out in thirty seconds, not after two discovery calls. The numbers on this page are the numbers on the invoice for a standard scope; anything unusual is quoted before work starts.
That is our problem, not yours. A fixed fee is fixed. The only thing that changes a price is a change in scope that you ask for and approve in writing — and we will always quote that separately rather than quietly absorbing it and rushing the rest.
Yes — 30% on technical services for registered non-profits, schools and public libraries, and we run four free audits a year for organisations that could never afford one. Mention it in your first message and we will send the details.
You can. The three most-requested slices are the Core Web Vitals trace ($540), the crawl and index-coverage review ($480) and the structured-data review ($390). Buying all three separately costs more than the full audit, which is why we rarely recommend it.
Bank transfer or card. One-off engagements are 50% on signature and 50% on delivery. Care plans bill monthly in advance. We do not store card details ourselves — that is handled by our payment processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.
